How to order :
Place your order and send us at least 2 pictures of your pet facing the camera . Please select high resolution images so we can accurately paint your dogs coat colors . We understand taking images of pets is hard at times but if you have a well enough reference we will work with what you give us so long as you trust us !

Note: we do not manufacture the badge reels and source them. if there is an issue with a badge reel you receive please message us we will help you out ! We check all reels before sending but sometimes malfunctions happen and we are here to assist where we can.

In regards to portraits, we strive to make each painting exactly as the images sent. This is first and foremost a painting , there are details we will try to include and details we might miss. It is not an exact photo of your dog, the size of each reel is so small it is often difficult to account for every spot, freckle, and whisker. If you are looking for an exact image of your dog this item might not be for you and that's okay! We pride ourselves in our artistry and will stick to portraits as best as we can, taken into account the size, time, and structure of the gift. We are not perfect but strive for perfection! We will not provide refunds after a painting is made as it is made personalized to your images . But we welcome ways to improve our painting skills so long as it's constructive , genuine and above all kind . :)

SPECS:
Each Badge holder is cut and etched onto 1/8 inch mdf and is hand painted with acrylic paint, then attached to a badge reel holder with heavy duty adhesive to assure longevity.

If you do not send us images after your order we will reach out to you. if you do not respond we will not cancel your order instead hold it until you send us your customization request.
